Jaz In The City Amsterdam is all about music. So we turned its opening into a show. After the spectacular opening on the Ziggo Dome square, all guests were welcomed with a glass of champagne. If the atmosphere wasn't already there, the Trio Men & Cherry, with a DJ, singer and saxophonist, certainly took care of that. There was certainly no shortage of food; Fresh sushi, Bavette or creme brulee roasted in front of you.
After Amsterdam DJ Covergirl Sunny had warmed up the audience, it was time for the main act. Band Leader of Jaz Amsterdam announced one of the Netherlands' greatest DJs: Fedde Le Grand!

In the backseat of the Abel car, which will be located in different locations, every ADE visitor can record their own original video on the recreated backseat. By sharing the video on social media with the #onthebackseat, the party animals have a chance to win free rides with Abel. A typical case of win-win!

Welcome Backstage! The concept gives visitors a peek behind the scenes of a catwalk show. Catwalk Coach Dyonne gives runway advice, visitors can see fashion theatre named SWAG by Parels voor de Zwijnen.
Sheryl Lynn (former Miss Netherlands) presents the event and visitors can ask questions about her career during a Q&A. Visitors can are also witness the real backstage moments of Jutka & Riska – just before they do their show. The Elite Model Look scouting team is also present and there will also be a fashion market.
